1. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Free Delivery: Available on all orders in the UK, 3-5 Days
Country-based fees apply to all orders outside of the UK, this will be calculated at checkout. 5-7 days, courier dependent.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email
Tracking information will be provided (where available)
Some delivery methods may not include tracking
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by our courier partners (Royal Mail, DPD).
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or busy seasonal periods

6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
The courier may leave a calling card
They may attempt redelivery or deliver to a neighbour
If the parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay for re-shipping
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If there is an error, we may cancel your order and ask you to replace it with the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it, but additional postage may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
Contact us at hello@junipercottageco.co.uk within 5 days of delivery
Include your order number and photos (if damaged)
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund
9. Pre-Order Items (If Applicable)
For pre-order purchases:
Estimated dispatch dates will be stated on the product page
Orders containing pre-order items may ship together when all items are available
You can request split shipping (additional charges may apply)
