1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you purchase online, you have the legal right to:
Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items
Return the item(s) within a further 14 days
Receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s)
You do not need to give a reason for your return, but you must notify us first.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the following cannot be returned:
Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items
Perishable or time-sensitive goods
Items returned without original packaging
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition
Include all original packaging, accessories and labels
Be safely packaged to avoid damage in transit
We may reduce the refund amount if the item is returned in a diminished condition.
4. How to Return an Item
Email us at hello@junipercottageco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We will send you return instructions
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Return postage costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using tracked postage and keeping proof of posting
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item
Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, contact your payment provider before contacting us.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Provide photos and your order number
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with UK consumer law
After 30 days, you may still have rights to a repair or partial refund depending on the issue.
7. Missing Items
If part of your order is missing:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide your order number and a description of what’s missing
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
8. Non-Delivery / Lost Parcels
If your order does not arrive:
Contact us after 7 working days (UK)
Contact us after 14 working days (EU)
We will investigate with the courier
Once confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
9. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items can be returned unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Final sale/clearance items may be non-returnable.
